Friday, July 19th, 2013

Glossop sports coaching company, Peak Active Sport, are to offer an online booking system for the first time.

The business provides schools and children of all abilities the chance to get involved in a range of sporting activities. With their plethora of courses constantly growing they realised they needed an efficient way to take bookings.

Glossop based marketing company Fig Creative were tasked with developing the new system. Fig’s Business Development Director, Martin Duncan, believes it will be a success and said:

“This online booking solution should work really well for PAS. They are a forward-thinking company, always looking for ways to improve their service.”

As well as this new way of booking onto PAS courses, the old traditional methods will remain usable, as PAS Director Steve Brackenbridge explained:

“We’re not getting rid of this paper-based system as many people will still book this way but we also wanted to offer busy parents the choice of booking online. We approached Fig, who also manage our website to look at a cost effective way of adding online bookings to our existing website, which they’ve done and we’re absolutely delighted with the result.”
