Wednesday, October 3rd, 2012

A Glossop based marketing company is celebrating after two of its clients won business awards on the same night…at different events!

Fig Creative’s big night started at the annual Derbyshire’s BEST awards which took place at the Roundhouse in Derby.  They were nominated in the “best marketing campaign” category, alongside one of their clients Colour Mobile VMS.

There would have been a Fig celebration if either they or their client had won the award, and in the end it was  their client, solar-powered information systems specialists Colour Mobile VMS who took home the honour.

The good news did not stop there as Colour Mobile then went on to win the award for “most promising business.”

Both Fig Creative and Colour Mobile VMS were understandably delighted with how the evening panned out, Helen Duncan, MD of Fig said:

“I am absolutely thrilled for Colour Mobile VMS, who have recently re branded as MVIS. We’ve been working as their marketing partner for the last two years and they have achieved so much in that time. To win two BEST Derbyshire Awards is a massive accolade and well deserved.”

Tony Price, MD of Colour Mobile VMS was quick to praise Fig Creative for their work in the process leading up to the awards:

“We were delighted to win the BEST marketing award and can’t thank Fig Creative enough! As our marketing partner this is testament to their understanding and professionalism to move our business forward.”

Having wrapped up a great night at The Roundhouse, there was more brilliant news for Fig when it was confirmed that another of their clients, TH Plastics, had won a national industry award in London for the second year running.

Lee Thomas, the managing director at TH Plastics was full of praise for them saying “Fig Creative are our marketing partner and they’ve really helped to raise our profile through targeted marketing, PR and award submissions.”
