Bodycheck
had a Kids' Charity Fun
Run
for
nine to 14-year-olds in Manor Park on Sunday, September 23, 2007.
The
run, with a few under age runners sneaking in, was another great
success, with everyone enjoying themselves – and the weather
holding off.
The second annual fun run of the year - a fun run
for under-nines was held in June
- helped increase the monies raised for charity this year to
£2,800.
Over £6,500 has now been donated to two
charities - the Myelin
Project and Willow Wood Hospice
–
in the last two years. The 2006
event raised over £3,000. |
