Ladies Circle 1st Show Garden
at RHS Tatton Park 2008

Louise Harrison-Holland is a member of Wilmslow Ladies Circle and a garden designer based in Cheshire.
She is applying to design a Back 2 Back show garden at next year's RHS Tatton Flower Show and has been inspired to do a design in association with Ladies Circle.
Louise says:

This gives me a fabulous theme to work my design around and gives a unique opportunity to promote Ladies Circle to the 100,000 people who attend as well as exploit numerous PR opportunities.

I am looking for total sponsorship of £15,000 to cover the building of the garden (the garden space and my time are offered free of charge). And I am in need of your help!

Can anyone help me?

Do you or your partner, or anyone you know, work for an organisation that may view sponsoring a Back 2 Back show garden at Tatton as a beneficial marketing opportunity?

Sponsorship options are:
  • A main sponsor who donates £15,000
  • Shared sponsorship of £7,500 donated by two organisations
  • Donations of plants or building materials by nurseries or paving manufacturers etc.

What is in it for the Sponsor?

Sponsorship offers the opportunity to:
  • Be associated with a high profile prestigious national event linked to the nation's favourite pastime
  • Raise awareness of brands and products/services to 100,000 visitors with high disposable income (81.5% ABC1)
  • Exploit numerous PR opportunities leading up to and after the event (especially when we are awarded a medal!)

What is the theme of the garden?

The Natural Woman Garden, designed by Blue Tulip Garden Design in association with Ladies Circle.

I have been inspired further by NALC's patron, Janey Lee Grace, and her keen interest in natural and environmental products. The design and planting will be themed around living a holistic and green lifestyle with sustainability in mind.

What to do next

If you know someone who may be interested, please pass my details on to them so that they can contact me, or I am happy to contact them at their convenience if they prefer.

I have a PowerPoint presentation that can be forwarded to you or any interested parties with a detailed outline of the sponsorship proposal and available marketing opportunities and benefits.

Thank you  for taking the time to read through this request!

I hope you are as excited about this opportunity for Ladies Circle as I am and will do whatever you can to help me in my endeavour to find funding for the garden.

If you have any questions at all please call me on the number below and I will be more than happy to discuss the project with you.
