 Glossopdale Community College's Year 7 and Year 8 students have just completed a Business and Enterprise project which is part of the college's C3 curriculum.All students had the opportunity to set up small businesses funded by the college as part of a homework assignment. Students worked extremely hard to develop and run a whole series of business initiatives which ranged from the buying of chickens to sell free range eggs, to the production of jewellery and the selling of smoothies at local events! The three students photographed right - Jamie Duncan, Ed Morris and Tim Malkin - are part of a team, with Tim Rogers, putting on a car boot sale as part of their Business and Enterprise initiative. The car boot sale will be at Glossopdale Community College, Newshaw Lane, Hadfield on Bank Holiday Monday, May 26. It will open at 8.00am and finish at 1.00pm.
