NEW Air Machines
Bodycheck have recently acquired a new set of High-Tech
Cardio Vascular Workout Machines. The Air Machines have resistance to motion
provided by a centralised Pneumatic system. This means that instead
of struggling with static weights, you setup the machine by way of two
easy press buttons. The resistance can even be changed whilst the exercise
is underway. Such ease of use promotes the utilisation of these machines
as part of Bodycheck's Cardio Vascular workout strategy.
