Deposits and cancellations

Deposits
When booking on an outing all members are required to pay a £5 non-refundable deposit, per person.

Cancellations
If a member cancels their booking on an outing, and the U3A is able to resell that place, a refund will be paid to the member, less the non-refundable deposit.
e.g. Outing price £20, ticket resold, refund due £15 (less the non refundable deposit).
